Spring-Autumn without insulation

This category includes parkas, jackets, raincoats, and bomber jackets with a light lining. The temperature regime for such models ranges from +5°C to +20°C.

Characteristics

It is also worth familiarizing yourself with the meager figures, namely the technical characteristics of Slimtex insulation. Below are only the most significant indicators:

  • Thermal conductivity coefficient - This is the most important indicator for any insulation because it directly shows its effectiveness.
  • Average weight of the canvas: 100-200 g/m2.
  • Fabric thickness: from 1.5 to 3 mm.
  • Elasticity level: high. This allows Slimtex to be used even where severe mechanical stress is expected.
  • Moisture absorption coefficient: no more than 1% of the total weight of the product. It should be noted that this is a very high result, which many of its “brothers” cannot compete with (for most similar materials this figure is in the range of 2.5-4%).
  • Allergenicity: none. Therefore, it can be used in the creation of children's clothing.
  • Dry cleaning, washing: acceptable. Slimtex is one of the very few materials in its segment that can be machine washed at any temperature.

Care Tips

Caring for the filler is not at all difficult. It easily tolerates a variety of processing options:

  • hand wash;
  • machine;
  • dry cleaning;
  • dry cleaning.

Slimtex is not one of the capricious, easily damaged fillers. Products with it can be washed in water whose temperature does not exceed 60 degrees.

Slimtex supports many machine modes, but you should select them according to the type of fabric (clothing or other things). Detergents are selected using a similar principle. Both bulk and liquid substances are suitable for washing.
