Crocheted fabric is always thicker, because the loop is knitted differently. In my opinion, crocheting is a little too hot for the summer.

How much yarn do you need?

Depends, of course, on the size. It took me 96 grams for a T-shirt size 92-98. For a hat for a girl size 46-48, 43 grams, this is the weight including the girly trim. Without it - 38.

We will knit with circular knitting needles! The best option: Addi super-smooth circular knitting needles 40 cm No. 2 (for a girl’s hat). Small size T-shirts can also be knitted with them. What kind of knitting needles are needed for a T-shirt, we focus on this: we measure the OG and OB (chest and hip circumference).
